The HAMIANI GROUP is a group of Algerian Private Companies of Family nature attached to the labor virtues and responsibility
The history of the Group goes back to the Thirties, colonial period during which the father founded the corporation Hamiani & Fils specialized in the clothes industry and the marketing of Chechias in Algiers. These male cover-heads were sold in all Maghreb; mainly in Algeria and Tunisia. In 1963 Mr HAMIANI SID Ahmed, owner then of stores and workshops of chechias and working uniform, decides to extend while remaining in the textile and to create a production unit of shirts for men called RedMan. The family business RedMan, pioneer in the private sector, quickly rose in the forefront and knew how to maintain its leader position on the Algerian market since its creation; and this in spite of the increased competition and the politico-economic changes of the country.
In the late 90s the company diversifies its activities by the creation of several subsidiaries in different industries :Textile - Agroalimentary - Building - Pharmaceutical Industry. The Hamiani Group, now led by the sons Farouk & Chafik, is a major economic player. The Hamiani Group wishes to continue its development while keeping an internal coherence to strengthen existing positions. In this context, it would increase its potential in these various sectors, aiming reference partners , interested by the Algerian and open to healthy cooperation in a win-win logic.
